Litigation Experience is a must have, labor employment is a nice to have skill Core Responsibilities
Handle and organize legal documents, correspondence, and filings
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Support billing and financial tasks, including time entry, expense reports, and billing letters
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, drafting discovery requests, organizing evidence, and managing court filing deadlines
Provide support to team members on daily tasks as needed
Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records Required Skills / Background
Experience in litigation and labor & employment law is a priority
Knowledge of legal documentation, court filing procedures, and trial preparation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn and perform administrative tasks
