JobDescription:
WeareseekingatalentedandexperiencedArea DirectortojoinaBrandbasedoutofCleveland, OH.
Asthe Area Director,youwillberesponsibleforleadinganddirectingourstoreleaderstowardsoperationalexcellence.
Thisrolerequiresaself-motivatedindividualwithexceptionalorganizationalskills,adaptabilitytochange,andacreativemindsettoovercomechallengeswhileensuringbrandstandardsandfinancialsuccess.
YouwillprovidestrategicguidancetoourteamofGeneralManagersensuringadherencetosystemsandprocessesatthestorelevel,whilealsocontributingtotheoverallvisionofthecompany.
PrincipalDutiesandResponsibilities:
- Engagewithunitsandteamleadersinahands-onapproach,supportingthefield.
- Holdallleadershipaccountableforupholdingbrandstandards.
- Mentorallpositionswithintheorganizationtofosterengagementandsuccess,ensuringavailabilityfortheirdevelopment.
- Support,reinforce,andaligndecisionswiththeuniquecultureofourcompany.
- AssistGeneralManagersindeliveringexceptionalguestexperiencesatourrestaurants.
- TrainanddevelopGeneralManagers,managecareerexpectationsforthemanagementteam,andclearlycommunicatebrandandcompanystandards.
- Understand,define,andexecutethepurpose,requirements,anddesiredresultsofallcompanyprograms.
- Leadtheareainimplementingtheseprograms,includingrestaurantmarketing,training/talent,andrecruitingfunctions.
- DevelopandmanagebusinessplanningprocessesincollaborationwithGeneralManagers,includinganalyzingexternalandinternalenvironmentstoidentifyareasforimprovementandrecommendingnecessarychanges.
- Takefullresponsibilityforthefinancialperformanceofthecompany,overseeingthefinancialanalysisofindividualrestaurantsandthedistrict,andmakingrecommendationsforimprovement.
- Manageallaspectsoftherestaurant'sEBITDA,includingbudgetplanning,management,andperformance.
- Analyzebusinesstrendsandfinancialdatatoassessandimproveperformance,bothoperationallyandfinancially.
Qualifications:
- Minimumof5yearsofmulti-unitmanagementexperiencewithaprovenrecordofsuccess.
- Strongknowledgeandskillsinanalyzingprofitandlossstatementsandthe overallfinancialperformanceofthecompany.
- Proficiencyinstaffingwithatrackrecordofachievingresults.
- Familiaritywithlaborlaws.

- Mustpossesstheabilitytolead,motivate,andempowermanagerstoachievehigherlevelsofperformance.
- Abilitytoaligntheteamwiththecompany'sculturebystrikingabalancebetweenseriousnessandfun.

- Proficientinsettinggoals,creatingplans,andtranslatingplansintoactionforindividualrestaurantsandtheentiredistrict.
