Journeyman Electrician

Toyoda Electric, a well-established Commercial Electrical Contractor serving Northern Ohio since 1996, is seeking talented full-time Journeyman Electrician to be part of a growing organization to assist with residential and commercial projects in Northern Ohio.

Some of what you can expect.

• Installation and layout of load centers, panelboard, metering equipment, breakers, contactor, lighting fixtures, lighting controls
• Able to work from ladders, scaffolds, roofs and lifts
• Able to install low volt system including fire alarm,phone/data and cable
• Installation of conduits/wire , Mc , Romex wiring .
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to read blueprints ,layout circuits while running a crew and communicate with project Managers/Owners
• Operates machinery to perform activities such as trenching and back filling for conduits ,Transformer Vaults and metering equipment .Knowledge of concrete installation for pole lights and small pads .
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

What is required?

• At least five years’ experience as an electrician
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License
