Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist for our client, a highly regarded healthcare organization recognized as one of Ohio Business Magazine's "2024 Best Workplaces in Ohio." Night Shift: 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (.9 FTE / 36 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain equipment for resuscitation, continuous ventilation, respiratory care, and 12-lead electrocardiography.
Provide high-quality respiratory therapy and monitoring to patients in need.
Organize and deliver in-service programs for the respiratory services team and other patient care staff as requested.
Maintain clinical competencies and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
Proficiency in the use of respiratory care and resuscitation equipment, as well as 12-lead electrocardiography.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care in a team-focused environment.
