Injection Operator (Off Week) (12-Hour Shifts)

Our Client in Wickliffe has an immediate need for an Off Work Week Injection Operator.

• Pay is $19.00 per Hour + $2.00 Shift Differential

• This is a 12a-12p & 12p-12a Shift OWW

• Monday/Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday one week & Wednesday/Thursday/Friday the next.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper machine operation.
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
• Trim, clean, and package finished products.
• Read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Use basic measuring tools and gauges as needed.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
