Sales Support Specialist
Location: Belmont, OH
Status: Full-Time | Benefits Eligible

Requirements: What You'll Do- Prepare equipment quotes, costing sheets, sales contracts, and demo agreements.
- Coordinate equipment transportation and freight purchase orders.
- Support financing submissions and maintain financing records.
- Assist with trade evaluations and equipment reservations.
- Manage sales reports, lead distribution, and quarterly statistics.
- Coordinate marketing materials and sales literature.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within CRM systems.
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
