About the Role:
Medadventures is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy interventions.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring functional independence.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home safety, and equipment use.

Qualifications:

• Active state Occupational Therapy license.
• Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
