Role Description
This is a full-time role as Production Manager at the Lawn Doctor franchise based in North Ridgeville, OH. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of lawn technicians, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervision, equipment and vehicle management/maintenance and inventory management/purchasing.
Qualifications
- Experience in lawncare, horticulture, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certifications in pesticides or horticulture are a plus
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
