Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Twinsburg that is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to keep their supply chain communications and order entry running seamlessly. Serving as a critical link between their internal teams and external suppliers, this role ensures that materials are ordered accurately, priced correctly, and acknowledged promptly. This is a 1st shift position 8am-5pm and the starting pay will be $16 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbox Management: Actively monitor and triage the central procurement email inbox, ensuring timely handling of all vendor correspondence.
Order Execution: Accurately generate and enter Purchase Orders (POs) into the ERP system (e.g., Global Shop Solutions) under the direction of the Production Manager and Customer Service Manager.
Order Tracking: Proactively follow up on outgoing POs to secure vendor acknowledgments and confirm lead times.
Pricing Verification: Audit vendor order acknowledgments against our system to ensure all pricing is 100% accurate and aligned with expectations.
Database Maintenance: Continuously update and maintain the supplier contact database, ensuring all vendor sales representative emails and details are current.

Key Qualifications & Traits:
High attention to detail with a commitment to integrity and getting it right the first time.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping requests.
Excellent written communication skills for professional vendor interactions.
Action-oriented mindset with a strong focus on follow-through and execution.
Comfortable navigating email systems, spreadsheets, and ERP software.
