Job Description

People Ready Skilled Trades now has an office in Columbus and is ready to hire! We are looking for Electrician for projects in Columbus, Cincinnati and the surrounding areas.

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $37 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair and maintain electrical systems
• Use your knowledge to determine the best way to install new electrical systems
• Knowledge electrical systems and components
• Ensure that you follow all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines while you work

Qualifications:

• Installing, connecting, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components, including wiring, outlets, appliances, electrical switches, circuit breakers, security systems, and lights' needs
• Ability to use a wide variety of electrician tools and techniques
• Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
