Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Gahanna is conveniently placed right off Route 270 in the Shops at Rocky Fork for an easy commute from anywhere in central Ohio. The Gahanna community continues to grow and welcome new businesses, making it the perfect place for Hand and Stone. Our new facility allows for all of our clients, members, and teammates to love coming to Hand and Stone!

We are looking to add another talented Esthetician to our team! Full-Time with open availability, including evenings and weekends! This position is open to all experience-levels: established Estheticians looking for a change and more opportunity or new Estheticians looking for growth, development, and experience!

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, peels, microcurrent, hair removal, and other skin care services.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of regular facials.
• Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
• Meet sales and upgrade goals consistently.
• Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
• Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
• Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
• Listen and adapt to client feedback.
• Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
• Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a professional, the spa family, and the community as a whole.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.

Job Qualifications:

• Ohio-Licensed Esthetician or proof of license application.
• Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Knowledge and understanding of facials and related products, general skin care, and hair removal.
• Must carry professional liability insurance.
• Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Ability to work with others towards a common goal
• Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
• Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a person, employee, and skin care professional.
