- Regularly perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, peels, microcurrent, hair removal, and other skin care services.
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of regular facials.
- Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
- Meet sales and upgrade goals consistently.
- Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
- Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
- Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
- Listen and adapt to client feedback.
- Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
- Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a professional, the spa family, and the community as a whole.
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.
- Ohio-Licensed Esthetician or proof of license application.
- Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and understanding of facials and related products, general skin care, and hair removal.
- Must carry professional liability insurance.
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Ability to work with others towards a common goal
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
- Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a person, employee, and skin care professional.
