Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative clinical team. This role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care plan development, and the implementation of evidence-based treatments that span lifestyle, diet, peptides, medications, supplements, and more. Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient histories and physical exams
- Develop personalized, root-cause-focused care plans
- Educate and counsel patients on next steps in a clear, compassionate way
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team
- Document thoroughly using Elation EMR and AI-powered scribe technology
- Provide follow-up care to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed
- Active NP license in good standing
- Need to have 2 years minimum regenerative medicine, functional medicine or BHRT experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to continuous learning (CME included)
