Electrical Technician
Competitive Pay: This position offers a hourly wage ranging from $20.00/hr. to $30.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in performing installation, testing, and repair of all industrial related electrical and electronic equipment utilized in manufacturing plants or distribution systems. This equipment includes, but is not limited to VFD's, soft starters, and MCC's.
- Arrive on time and prepared to work on a daily basis.
- Assist in pulling wire for new intallations and make terminations.
- Customer Service
- Maintain high quality work standards.
- Assist with equipment installation, wiring, start-up, and troubleshooting techniques.
What You'll Need:
- Highly motivated with interpersonal skills to effectively work in a collaborative team environment.
- Manufacture, test, and repair equipment.
- Electrical, instrumentation, controls, technical training, or equivalent education or experience a plus but not required.
- Experience in the water/wastewater or mining industry a plus but not required.
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to complete required safety training classes and comply with OSHA, MSHA, or any authority having jurisdiction.
- Must have the ability to complete tasks and assignments in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Must be prepared to take direction from multiple senior coworkers and be willing to learn and grow your skill set on a daily basis with an eye on a long-term career in the industrial field.
