Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support industrial operations and ensure equipment and facility systems run safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their maintenance career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, wiring, and facility systems.

• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective actions on equipment to minimize downtime.

• Execute a wide range of maintenance tasks, including welding, plumbing, pipefitting, fabrication, alignment, assembly/disassembly, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.

• Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and electrical/electronic testing equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with quality, safety, and food-safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

• Perform additional maintenance duties as needed to support operational requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring equipment, and reading technical drawings/blueprints.

• Welding experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing or protein processing environment (beef, pork, poultry, etc.).

• Prior production or machine operation experience.

• Stable work history within the past year.
