Position Summary
The Direct Care Professional (DCP) provides hands-on support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, or other care needs. This role involves helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision to individuals in their home or community settings
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or community activities
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or emotional well-being
• Support clients in developing life skills and maintaining independence
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and team members
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Drivers Lisences
• Pass a Background Check

• Previous caregiving, direct support, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, assist with mobility, and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass background checks and complete required training
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $13.50 - $18.50 per hour
