Compensation

$50,000–$60,000+ total annual compensation

You control your income.
More sales = more money.

• Consistent Hourly base pay 

• 2% commission on route sales 

• Bonuses for upsells (Wash Dry Fold & specialty services)

• Bonus for converting counter customers to delivery routes

• Attendance bonus up to $1,700 per year

Your Mission

Grow your route like it’s your own business.

Daily Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle

• Pick up and deliver garments

• Build strong client relationships

• Prospect within your route area

• Close 1–2 new delivery accounts weekly

• Upsell services to increase revenue

• Work independently while staying aligned with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

• High energy and polished presence

• Comfortable asking for the sale

• Self-motivated and competitive

• Resilient and persistent

You must enjoy meeting people and confidently asking for business.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday routes

• Occasional Saturdays

• 8-hour shifts

• Columbus metro area
