Customer Service - KHA - Springfield, OH

SUMMARY

The Customer Service position is responsible for providing industry-leading customer service to our internal customers, consistent with company values and strategy. The position focuses primarily on inter-company order tracking, order entry, and order status updates.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter customer orders into SAP and handle order support activities to ensure customer needs are met completely and in a timely manner. Utilize quoting software, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Gather required information to be able to handle customer requests effectively.
• Work with factory personnel to expedite customer orders, facilitate order changes, and ensure on-time shipment.
• Inform customers regarding order status while proactively monitoring the order backlog.
• Other duties and projects as needed.

• Minimum associate’s degree.
• Excellent customer focus and skills with proven experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong ability and desire to work within a collaborative team.
• Strong ability and desire to think critically, help identify process improvement areas, and work with others to get them resolved.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to address multiple issues simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Well-developed PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience a plus.
