Your Mission
- You own your territory. You run it like your business.
- You’ll grow accounts, build relationships, and create opportunities where others see challenges.
- Develop and expand retail partnerships (smoke shops, convenience stores, wholesalers, and more).
- Drive consistent revenue through on-the-ground sales and brand presence.
- Capture competitor and market insights to stay ahead of trends.
- Execute in-store demos and ensure strong merchandising.
- Log all activity through our digital tools as Odoo, Go High Level, and real-time dashboards.
- Stay KPI-driven because in our world, numbers tell the story.

What It Takes
- 1+ year of experience in field or B2B sales (No experience? No problem. If you’ve got the hustle, we’ll help you build the skills.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, driven, accountable, unstoppable
- Reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
