Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Verify shipment contents against orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule and prioritize shipments based on delivery deadlines.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for proper packaging and labeling to comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with carriers and freight companies to arrange pickups and resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed, following safety protocols.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to supervisors promptly.
