Outside Sales Executive

Connoisseur Media – Dayton, OH, is looking for a motivated and passionate Outside Sales Executive to join our growing Integrated Sales team!

If you love building relationships and helping clients grow their business through smart, multi-platform marketing strategies, this is the role for you. We’re looking for someone with strong sales experience, existing client connections, and a knack for creating results-driven campaigns. You should be comfortable selling across multiple channels—radio, digital, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, display, SEO/SEM, mobile, social, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive revenue by generating new business and growing existing accounts.
• Develop customized, multi-channel marketing solutions that align with client goals—whether it’s brand awareness, engagement, or conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and deliver results.
• Monitor campaign performance and interpret key metrics like web traffic, CPA, engagement, and ROI to optimize and report back to clients.
• Manage the full sales process, from proposal to execution to performance review.
• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of successful media or marketing sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of radio and digital advertising, including OTT/CTV, display, SEO/SEM, streaming audio, and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

• Prior broadcast industry experience.
• General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software.
