Summary

Lucky Academy Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and independent Daycare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our daycare center. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage the daycare effectively, drive enrollment growth, and implement successful marketing initiatives. The Daycare Administrator will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing relationships with parents, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and fostering a nurturing environment. Additionally, this role involves creating strategies to enhance enrollment and promoting Lucky Academy within the community.

Duties

  • Enrollment and Marketing Initiatives : Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new families and grow enrollment at Lucky Academy. Work with the marketing team to create promotional content, host events, and strengthen the Academy’s presence both online and in the local community.
  • Independence in Operations : Manage the daycare center’s daily operations independently, ensuring efficiency, smooth workflow, and consistent quality of care. Make informed decisions to address operational challenges, streamline processes, and improve the overall experience for children, staff, and parents.
  • Policy and Procedure Development : Create, implement, and regularly review operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices.
  • Staff Management : Lead the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of daycare staff. Cultivate a positive, supportive work environment where staff members feel empowered and are motivated to provide top-tier care.
  • Budget and Resource Management : Develop and manage the daycare center’s budget, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources effectively to maintain high standards of operation.
  • Parent and Community Engagement : Build strong, lasting relationships with parents, keeping them informed and engaged in their child’s development. Act as the main point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, feedback, and suggestions.
  • Facility Management : Ensure that the daycare facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Implement and oversee regular inspections and any necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Program Development : Design and implement educational and recreational activities that align with Lucky Academy’s mission and goals, ensuring children’s development is supported in a fun, engaging, and enriching environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a daycare or childcare center, demonstrating strong independent management skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Marketing Expertise : Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies to increase enrollment, including digital marketing, event planning, and community outreach.
  • Strong Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high standard of care and operations.
  • Leadership and Team Management : Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Effective Communication Skills : Excellent communication abilities to engage with parents, staff, and the community, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Financial Acumen : Experience managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the daycare center’s financial sustainability and growth.
  • Passion for Child Development : A commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and creating a safe, supportive space for children to grow and learn.
