Job Title: L&D RN - Night Shift (1900-0730)

Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an L&D RN on the night shift, providing exceptional maternal and neonatal care during crucial hours. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment, supporting patients and their families through important life moments. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring safe and compassionate care throughout your shift.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Experience in Labor & Delivery Nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior night shift L&D experience highly desirable
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in maternal health setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to work the night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Flexibility to be repositioned or floated within the Mount Carmel Health System as operationally required
• No specific license or certification requirements beyond RN licensure
