Automotive Service Center Manager
Location: Garfield Heights, OH
Compensation: Up to $125,000+ per year (Base Salary + Performance Incentives)

What You'll Do
As the Service Center Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the shop while creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the service center
- Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and service staff
- Conduct daily production meetings to keep the team aligned
- Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with employees
- Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the repair process
- Build estimates and present repair recommendations with confidence
- Work alongside technicians to solve complex repair challenges
- Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery
- Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- Proven ability to lead technicians and build a positive culture
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree is a plus
- Clean driving record
