About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll be more than just a quota-carrying salesperson — you’ll be a leader in our go-to-market team. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and help shape our sales playbook as we scale.
You’ll be the quarterback of every deal, leading initial discovery calls and site visits, product demos, and executive conversations with hospital decision-makers. You’ll partner closely with leadership, product, and customer success to ensure that every customer interaction is high-impact and aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and engage healthcare systems with high potential for transformation.
- Lead compelling, value-driven presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Collaborate with our leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize sales processes.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through diligent CRM management.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets while setting the standard for future sales hires.
- Represent AssistIQ at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in healthcare or a related sector. Experience with direct sales to US health systems is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving complex deals to close.
- Willingness to travel 30%+ to meet customers and attend events.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-first approach.
- Self-starter with a relentless drive for results and the ability to thrive under pressure.
