We are a rapidly growing organization that provides specialized packaging, assembly, and fulfillment services supporting scientific research, pharmaceutical programs, and various commercial industries. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor - Kitting Operations, to lead a large team, optimize workflow, and maintain exceptional quality and productivity standards. If you excel at motivating people, overseeing detailed processes, and driving continuous improvement, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of 20+ employees to complete assembly and fulfillment tasks accurately and on time
• Coordinate daily staffing needs and production priorities with leadership
• Partner with team leads to address performance issues and support employee development
• Ensure high-quality output by maintaining compliance with internal and customer SOPs
• Identify workflow issues, analyze performance data, and assist in resolving operational challenges
• Maintain accurate inventory records with attention to lot and expiration tracking
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and resource utilization
• Prepare or contribute to SOPs, training materials, and standardization efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely shipments
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective actions
• Perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
