Assembler

Job Title: Electrical Assembler $18-$19/hr Start Asap, Overtime Available

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This position requires assembling and inspecting electrical components within a cleanroom environment, ensuring all products meet quality and specification standards. The role will operate during the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and offers an initial three-month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work orders, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams before starting tasks.
• Gather tools, materials, and components necessary for the day's builds.
• Assemble electrical parts such as coils, sensors, harnesses, transformers, or control units.
• Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with quality inspectors or engineers to resolve any issues.
• Document completed work in production logs or digital systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in alignment with housekeeping and GMP expectations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with soldering, crimping, and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with assembly, electrical production, and schematic understanding.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, electronic assembly, and mechanical assembly.
• Experience with electrical wiring, circuit boards, and control panel wiring.
• Understanding of IPC standards is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
