About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, SCM US Downstream Operations, this role leads Supply Chain Management activities at the Toledo Refinery. The position oversees indirect goods and services, manages the local sourcing and contracting team, and supports key transactional activities, including sourcing, contract administration, and performance management.
As a member of the refinery leadership team, this role partners with the business to deliver efficient, value-driven supply chain solutions, optimize spend, and mitigate risk while supporting overall operational and cost objectives.

What you'll do:
- Lead and execute strategy for sourcing support, contract administration, and supplier performance management to meet US Downstream service levels
- Drive cost optimization through process improvements and development of team capabilities
- Provide leadership across hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development
- Partner across SCM functions to ensure a consistent One SCM approach and seamless collaboration
- Identify and deliver value opportunities, including cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and align SCM strategies with business goals
- Deliver key performance metrics across safety, cost, quality, and service for ongoing operations
- Ensure compliance with SCM policies, regulations, and safety standards while fostering a culture of accountability and supplier collaboration
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in a procurement environment, with a combination of 5+ years of experience managing a department of people
