Production Designer

We are looking for a Production Designer to join our Beauty Care team! As a BeautyHouse Production Designer within P&G, your focus will be on applying your graphic expertise and production techniques to independently transform conceptual designs into print-ready and/or digital pieces. The Production Designer is not only responsible for accurately driving final artwork files but will also specialize in prepress activities, specifically color correction, profiling all with a concentration on digital printing, processes, outputs and execution.
What You’ll Do:

Focus on digital printing and artwork execution, ensuring the accurate preparation and execution of graphic adaptation for approved creative concepts, specifically for digital printing outputs.

Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for digital output as well as other various types of printing, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Understand Digital RIP Software for processing print jobs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth workflow integration.

Develop and implement printing specifications, workflows, work processes and strategies that focus on digital printing execution tied to end-to-end art, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Conduct color development and leverage knowledge of color profiling and profiling tasks to achieve optimal color accuracy and consistency across various digital print formats.

Integrate brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and printing specifications optimally throughout all phases of artwork execution, with particular attention to digital printing processes.
