3rd Shift DSP - Part time / Rotating Weekends

Bittersweet is seeking Part-time employees to work 3rd Shift 11:00pm- 8:45 am
Need Candidates that are able able to work Mondays and Wednesdays!

No experience necessary, we provide paid training, must be available to train on 2nd shift .
Employee Benefits/Pay:
- 3rd Shift Pay: $16.50 plus a $2.50 differential!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide person-centered supports which requires flexibility, creativity, and commitment
- Work in partnership with participants
- Document service delivery accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants
- Assistance with participant hygiene requirements could include bathing, toileting, and bodily fluids.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
- Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
- Ability to express patience in difficult situations
- Exceptional and adaptable oral communication
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with eligibility to be insured
