We treat everyone with honesty, respect and dignity, placing the needs of others before our own. We serve our families out of a historic home that has been modernized with the addition of a dedicated chapel, spacious preparation room and on site, state of the art, cremation facility. Duties include performing all aspects of funeral service, including but not limited to, arranging, conducting and supervising funerals; greeting the public; transferring remains to the funeral home; embalming, cosmetizing, dressing and casketing remains, completing cremations, (will assist with obtaining a certified crematory operator license), selling funeral merchandise; cleaning and sanitizing funeral home and embalming room; keeping up-to-date inventories on all supplies and merchandise; completing all necessary paperwork associated with the funeral business; performing data entry in OVRS and SRS Funeral Home Management Software, performing general maintenance and cleaning in and around the facility. We expect a high level of professionalism to be displayed by all employees, as they represent our funeral home and family.
We have housing on site for anyone of of the area transitioning into the area for work.
