Apartment Maintenance Technician

Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Temporary position: 3-4 months projected)Responsibilities:-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as neededRequirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees):

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
