If you thrive on solving tough electrical and mechanical problems in a fast-moving foundry, this role puts you at the center of uptime, safety, and quality.
What will you do?
- Install, commission, and service PLCs that control plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to restore performance quickly.
- Handle general facility maintenance—electrical tasks and plumbing included.
- Pitch in with other duties as assigned to keep production on schedule.
What do you bring?
- Experience with electrical power up to 480V, 3-phase.
- Diagnostic skill from 5V DC through 480V AC.
- Proven ability with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting/repair.
- Working knowledge of plumbing.
- Helpful exposure to ABB, Motoman, and Rimrock robots.
- PC literacy for going online and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use RS5 and RS500 logics.
- Die casting experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance; strong team communication.
- Comfort in variable temperatures and a high-activity environment.
- Flexibility for overtime and weekends when needed.
