Job Title: B2B Collections Specialist (Cincinnati, OH)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio

Compensation: $18 - $19 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Review open accounts and prioritize collection efforts to reduce outstanding receivables
• Perform collection outreach via phone and email while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and past due account issues
• Send invoices and supporting documentation to customers as requested
• Partner with internal teams, including lab General Managers, to review aging reports and improve collection performance
• Identify root causes of delinquency and communicate findings to management
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and account status
• Assist with reporting and tracking key metrics such as DSO and aging trends

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a multi-site or B2B collections role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
• Ability to read and interpret accounting-related documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
