What you’ll do:
• Lead a 3–4-member crew, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
• Oversee outdoor and indoor construction projects
• Train and mentor crew members, helping them succeed while building your
leadership skills
• Ensure job quality, managing time, materials, and customer satisfaction
What is required:
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate construction equipment
• Experience in general construction... framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors,
windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
• Physical ability to work in all seasons
• A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
