ENT Physician – Up to $700K, $95K Bonus, & $200K in Loans – Oh Otolaryngologist
Step into a high-income potential ENT role with a strong foundation and long-term upside. This hospital-employed position offers a base and bonus incentives that can put you near $700K first year, up to $200K in loan repayment, and up to $95K in sign-on support.
You’ll join an established outpatient practice with a steady patient flow and modern equipment. The case mix includes bread-and-butter ENT procedures such as endoscopy, laryngoscopy, septoplasty, and tonsillectomy, with access to surgical block time and full support staff.
