- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
- DEA license and USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to team development.
