Job Title: Entry-Level Insurance Agent
Position Type: Full-time, Entry-level Salary: $20 per hour to start Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Prior experience and license would be great, not needed. What You'll Do: 1. Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their unique insurance needs and offering comprehensive solutions that provide peace of mind. 2. Educate Clients: Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their policy benefits and terms. 3. Assess Risks: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and assess potential risks, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and protect their assets. 4. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from initial inquiries to policy renewals, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients. 5. Sales and Marketing: Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking events, and community outreach initiatives. 6. Policy Management: Manage policy documentation, process applications, and update client records accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software. 7. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge and enhance your knowledge and skills. What You'll Bring: 1.
