Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year A bit about us: We are partnering closely with a premier real estate firm looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This person will support the finance function through financial analysis, reporting, and data management. The Senior Financial Analyst partners with cross functional teams to deliver insights that inform business decisions and improve performance. - Prepare and support financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to project business performance
- Analyze financial results, including variance analysis, to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather, organize, and interpret data from internal and external sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide actionable financial insights
- Create presentations, dashboards, and visual reports for leadership
- Assist with month end, quarter end, and year end close activities
- Track performance metrics, including OKRs, and recommend improvements
- Handle ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Revenue forecasting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Revenue recognition experience is a plus
- Experience with MRI software is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Snowflake is a plus
- Background in investment banking or public accounting is a plus
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
