Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Working on the 2nd shift in the distribution center after completing training on the 1st shift at 7:00 am.
• Receiving and processing pallets delivered to the work area by a full-time associate.
• Cutting open damaged product bags and dumping the contents into a designated container for the reblend production process.
• Removing undamaged bags from original pallets and carefully stacking them onto new pallets to build them back up.
• Maintaining a steady workflow in a highly physical environment that will get dusty and dirty from dumping bags.
• Strictly adhering to all company safety policies and operational standards.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines meticulously.
• Comfortable performing heavy manual labor in a dirty warehouse environment.
• Willingness to complete training on the first shift before transitioning to the assigned second shift schedule.
• The ability to frequently lift and move objects up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Constant standing on your feet all day for extended periods.
• Continuous bending, reaching, and handling of dusty materials.
