Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Cleveland, OH 44195

Job Type: Contract | Travel or Local

Shift Options:
• Day – 3×12-Hour (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
• Night – 3×12-Hour (07:00 PM – 07:30 AM)

Rotation may be required based on operational needs

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 15–16 weeks based on candidate preference)

Compensation:
• Travelers (50+ miles from facility): $2,500 – $2,600 per week
• Locals (within 50 miles): $60 – $62 per hour

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry for an exciting job in Cleveland, OH.

• Deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.

• Accurately monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; promptly respond to abnormalities.

• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders, following all safety protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute and evaluate individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and discharge planning.

• Document all care activities accurately within EPIC or equivalent EMR .

• Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines.

• License: Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (required)

• Certifications: AHA BLS , ACLS , and NIHSS (required)

• Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel or perm)

• Oncology/Chemotherapy background preferred (training available for eligible candidates)
