Project Manager
Required Experience & Skills Responsibilities:
- Independence & Structure: Operates fairly independently and brings structure to ambiguity
- Proactive Management: Proactively identifies risks and dependencies
- Accountability & Ownership: Drives accountability across teams and takes ownership to move complex initiatives forward
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and communicating clearly when something is off track
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable digging in with Agile teams of software developers and product managers
- Collaborative Nature: This is a highly collaborative role - the person cannot work in a silo
- Critical Skill: Communication and coordination across multiple teams is essential
- Certifications: PMP certification is a "nice to have"/added advantage
- 3-7 years of Project Management or Program Management experience
- Delivery Environments: Strong experience across Agile, Hybrid, or Traditional delivery environments
- Initiatives: Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Product Development: Experience supporting SaaS product development
- Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
