I opened my agency in January of 2017 after spending 12 years in the financial industry, bringing a strong foundation in business and financial guidance into agency ownership. I graduated from Cadiz High School and earned my degree in Business Administration from West Liberty University. Community involvement is a core value for our office we proudly sponsor the Steubenville Nutcracker Village, local baseball teams, and 4-H auctions, and Im an active member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
