Craftsman Electric has been proudly serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for decades. With roughly 100 employees and a strong reputation across commercial electrical construction, the company continues to grow and expand its project management team.

The Project Manager plays a central role in delivering commercial electrical projects from startup through closeout. This position focuses on managing budgets, schedules, documentation, and communication between field and office teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage schedules, manpower planning, job costing, billing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, submittals, change orders, and project documents to keep projects moving and accurate.
• Coordinate with foremen, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors.
• Track project costs, WIP reporting, and budget performance.
• Support field leadership through communication, problem-solving, and planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Project management experience in commercial construction (electrical strongly preferred).
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multiple active jobs.
• Familiarity with Procore and Excel.
• Ability to review project drawings, submittals, and scope details.
• Construction Management degree or formal training preferred but not required.
