Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Specialist collaborates with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to resolve disputes and reduce customer aging accounts within specified timelines. They work closely with both internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates on account status. General Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail. Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared. Primary focus placed on AR Tier WG, S, A3, with others as assigned by management. Meet weekly/monthly KPI goals as outlined by management. Monitor the health of an assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio using, among other tools, analytical and ratio analysis and reporting via BillTrust platform. Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". Educational/Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have an Bachelor'sdegree, prior experience with ERP systems, understanding basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping, and display proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus. The Accounts Receivable Specialist should be detail oriented and highly organized to customers, sales team, and managers, which requires effective time management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
