We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our company’s welcoming and efficient front-office operations. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments

• Manage front desk activities including mail, deliveries, and administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars

• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials

• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

• Assist internal teams with document handling and coordination

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
