About the Role

You'll learn face-to-face direct sales, delivering exceptional customer service across our 62 clients—ranging from telecommunications and charities to sporting campaigns. With structured morning and evening training, you'll boost your confidence and selling skills daily.

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Engage customers one-on-one: Greet shoppers, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions

•⁠ ⁠Direct sales & upselling: Introduce and close sales effectively using proven strategies

•⁠ ⁠Client management: Represent telecommunications, charity, and sports campaigns with professionalism

•⁠ ⁠Customer service: Handle inquiries, returns, and follow-up with friendly and efficient support

•⁠ ⁠Training participation: Attend morning and evening sessions to continuously refine your skills

•⁠ ⁠Team collaboration: Share insights, support colleagues, and help us hit weekly targets

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Customer-first attitude with a friendly, positive presence

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable standing and actively engaging with customers

•⁠ ⁠Eager to learn and quick to apply coaching

•⁠ ⁠Previous retail or direct sales experience is a plus—but your enthusiasm matters most
