Job Summary
The Front Desk Greeter / Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers, employees, and visitors while providing administrative and office support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a professional office environment. The position also supports multiple departments and assists with light production-related tasks as needed.
Shift: 7am-3:30pm M-F
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Perform administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying, emailing, and handling mail
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain organized office records
- Provide support to Human Resources, Office Administrator, Company President, and CEO with office-related tasks and projects
- Assist with miscellaneous office duties as assigned
- Support the packaging area on the production floor as needed (clean, non-dirty environment)
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
Qualifications
- Prior office or administrative experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including email and data entry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
