Responsibilities for an Aging in Place Sales Professional with Phoebe Pathstones:

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Aging in Place Sales Professional to join “Pathstones” a unique program offered through Phoebe Ministries senior living. This hybrid position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors whose goal is to age in the comfort of their own home. The successful candidate will build meaningful connections, educate prospects, and help grow a program empowering seniors to thrive at home.

Requirements for an Aging in Place Sales Professional with Phoebe Pathstones:

  1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  3. Background in senior living, healthcare, or related fields but not mandatory
  4. Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly those requiring empathy and trust-building.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster open dialogue and build trust.
  6. Problem-Solving: Creative thinking to craft solutions tailored to individual needs.
  7. Adept technical expertise and familiarity with CRM’s, Microsoft
  8. Team Collaboration: Proactive in working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
