In this essential role, you will help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful dining experience. If you are eager to contribute to a dynamic team in a beautiful setting, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist in food prep and kitchen cleanup as needed.
- Sort and store clean dishes and equipment properly.
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when low.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
