What's the Job?

• Design and maintain reliable, safe production systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.
• Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.
• Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem-solving.
• Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional
• On the floor experience; working with tanks, pumps, rotoformers
• Open to someone greener (less than 3 years experience)
